What is the Becoming Program?
Becoming is a 12-week venture building program for driven and motivated students ages 13 to 17 who will be taught and guided to build a company from zero to one. In 12 weeks, students will build a strong founding team, ideate, validate your business model, build and get early traction, and pitch at a demo day to investor judges.
12 Weekends.
We will spend 3-4 hours online together every weekend, for 12 weekends.
Students will also have weekly consultation hour with mentors, and exclusive access to the Young Founders community platform.
In between sessions, students are expected to work on building their venture.
20+ Live Virtual Sessions.
Students will attend 20+ virtual masterclasses, interactive workshops, fireside chats with founders, and panel talks with career professionals.
The masterclasses and workshops covers design thinking, ideation, business model, go-to-market strategy, building your MVP, and pitching.
Our workshops are designed from the curriculums of leading Silicon Valley incubators and accelerators and at Stanford d.School, and run by real practitioners - industry experts and leaders.
Tools and Knowledge for Better Decision Making.
In 12 weeks, students will experience building a real venture - with real co-founders, for real customers. You will pitch your business to a panel of investor judges.
Students will develop a deeper understanding of yourselves - your skills, strengths, and interests, which will help you make clearer decisions in your future education and career pathways.
